Let's implement a utility for determining whether an expression tree (RexNodes) is deterministic or not. 

Expression is deterministic if is a constant expression, a math function, or a function like CURRENT_TIMESTAMP is evaluated once per session.

Non deterministic functions in AI-3: GEN_RANDOM_UUID.
Check to see if there are any other non-deterministic functions as well and mark them accordingly.
