[allura:tickets] #7996 Bug: Two-part artifact links don't work sometimes

** [tickets:#7996] Bug: Two-part artifact links don't work sometimes**

**Status:** open
**Milestone:** unreleased
**Created:** Thu Oct 01, 2015 11:01 AM UTC by Simon Sobisch

A good sample can be found at https://sourceforge.net/p/open-cobol/feature-requests/86/ as it includes two of them with exactly the same format (only the artifact number differs). One artifact link works (replaced by a link, adds to "Related"), the other artifact link does not.

[allura:tickets] #7996 Bug: Two-part artifact links don't work after a ticket move

Posted by Simon Sobisch <No...@allura-vm.apache.org>.
As it's clear that this is a bug and the steps to reproduce are there (ignore the status "self-service" of the linked forge ticket as it mainly says "dont' use two-part artifact links as workaround"): Will you assign any milestone (=plan two fix this)?
