ANN: NASSL Toolkit v1.1 released via alphaWorks

FYI, we released an updated version of the toolkit today because we
had found two bugs that we had missed. We have also added another
sample (calculator.nsl) to illustrate the usage of NASSL and the
NASSL Toolkit.

The code is available at:

Please go to the downloads page and get nassl11.zip.
