Eroma closed AIRAVATA-1732.
---------------------------
    Resolution: Not A Problem

With Airavata 0.16 experiment status changes to LAUNCHED only when the PROCESS starts in GFAC. So in order to change the status to EXECUTING GFAC server needs to be running.
