warfile or war directory?

Hi All,

Is it possible to cactify a war directory?
Also is it possible to run the cactus ant task on a directory?

One other quick note: It appears that the cactus task is hard coded to 
look for tools.jar. On OSX there is no tools.jar, the content of this 
jar is bundled in with the apple jre/jdk. I'll file a bug as well.
