Parse a DTD?

Anyone has any advice and/or recommendation on what to use to parse a DTD?
Is there anything in the Xerces package that will help???

I'm using dtdparser. See http://www.wutka.com/dtdparser.html for more
information.

Re: Parse a DTD?

Posted by Vassil Peytchev <vd...@bobson.net>.
I've heard suggestions to use the SAX hadlers to parse a DTD or schema
(you'll need to look at the SAX API for that). Also, there is
org.apache.xerces.domx.XGrammarWriter, which, however, is broken for
DTDs in 1.2.[1-3]. You can find a fixed version at
http://www.bobson.net/vassil/XGrammarWriter.java.gz. This file shows you
how you can access entity, element and attribute declarations.

Hope this helps,
