Over on NUTCH-2920, we added an indexer for OpenSearch 1.x.  We should do this for 2.x.  The current blocker is: https://github.com/opensearch-project/opensearch-java/issues/181 

We could reinvent BulkProcessor/BulkIngester ourselves, but we really, really shouldn't do that.
