   Seems that on public runners the time for static checks get longer. I will take a look at caching the venvs - it seems to be not working for new PRs and possibly it will require some workaround until we improve caching.
   
   There seem to be a problem for caching in Github Actions when running PRs from fork https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/25339
   
   Most of the time in those PRS that run "static checks" is about setting up all the venvs and they do not retrieve the cache that has been prepared on main build.
