Log:
Disable perl bindings for the bb-openbsd bot for now. There's a linking problem
where perl ends up pulling the wrong svn libs into the process. The fix is not
immediately clear but I can reproduce the problem locally. To make the bot green
after being red for a long time, we'll temporarily skip perl bindings for now.
