BS5 provides table-hover class that highlights table rows on mouseover, improving scannability. Currently Spark UI tables use table table-bordered table-sm table-striped but not table-hover. Adding it is a one-line change to TABLE_CLASS constants in UIUtils.scala, benefiting Jobs, Stages, Executors, Tasks, and Storage tables.
