No, I'm not planning to implement tagged PDF right now. ;-) I just
recorded some thoughts after reading through 80 pages of PDF
specification. I was asked to do an estimate for an implementation. I'm
in contact with two interested parties both of which currently still consider
tagged PDF a low priority. But they want to know what that would entail.
And so do I, especially in the light of redesigning the intermediate
format that may still happen sometime this year.

I hope that page helps others to get a basic idea what the whole thing
is about. Additional thoughts on the topic are welcome although I won't
invest much more time there right now.
