I fixed it as follows:

Changed:
        $person->setProfileUrl($this->url_prefix . '/profile/' . $row['id']);
to:
        $person->setProfileUrl($row['profile_url']);


Another (similar) error is in thumbnail_url, which is added a prefix.
So I changed:
$person->setThumbnailUrl(! empty($row['thumbnail_url']) ? $this->url_prefix . $row['thumbnail_url'] : '');
to:
$person->setThumbnailUrl(! empty($row['thumbnail_url']) ? $row['thumbnail_url'] : ''); // removed  $this->url_prefix .
