Quick page question

How can I output in a footer

Page <x> of <total>

I don't know how to get the total number of pages referenced

Yep thatÂ’s easy just include somewhere at the end of your .FO a ID-TAG for
 example

 <fo block id="endofdoc"></fo:block>

 Then you can use a <fo:page-number-citation ref-id="endofdoc"/>

 And voila it should work
