1.3.2 release and mod_status
Now that the performance penalties of building with mod_status are
run-time configurable, should we enable this module by default? I'm
thinking that at least for the binary builds, it's a Good Idea.

Another +1, for inclusion of the module (and probably a commented-out
"#ExtendedStatus on" line in the config.)
