[jira] Created: (JS2-669) Site Manager Admin portlet does not allow
copying of a resource into the same folder where it exists
Site Manager Admin portlet does not allow copying of a resource into the same folder where it exists
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: JS2-669
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JS2-669
Project: Jetspeed 2
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Customizer
Affects Versions: 2.1.1-RC
Reporter: David Sean Taylor
Assigned To: David Sean Taylor
Fix For: 2.1.1-RC
The Site Manager portlet does not allow copying of a resource into the same folder where it exists
It is currently impossible to copy a page or folder into the same folder that it exists in, under a different name
This one use case seems to be the most common for me
I want to say copy "user1" to "user2" for example
We may also want to consider cloning fragment preferences with copied pages
