Small question ( sa-learn, verbose spamassassin report )
After my messages have been processed by my SA installation, if they are
spam, they get attached to the actual spam report.
Now, will sa-learn learn from the spam report message as well as the
attachment? Or just the attachment?
Any help is greatly apprecaited. Thanks!
Sean

It's not completely obvious, it's buried in the fourth paragraph under
Description in 'man sa-learn', beneath 2-3 pages of option flags.
SpamAssassin remembers which mail messages it's learnt
already, and will not re-learn those messages again,
unless you use the --forget option. Messages learnt as
spam will have SpamAssassin markup removed, on the fly.
The docs probably should be clarified because this is a good question; the
answer is easy to miss. I'd hate to think that someone spent months
unnecessarily funnelling their spam through 'spamassassin -d' before
passing it so sa-learn.

Thank you. I'd hoped and figured, but I wasn't having much luck finding
the info ( which told me it was a small and stupid thing. :) )

sa-learn strips off the SA markup and learns from the original message.
