   When the EnginePlugin service is started, the resource file will be uploaded to the material library. If the upload fails, you need to check the log of the Linkis-ps-publicservice service. Generally, this error occurs because the hdfs path does not exist, or the user does not have permission to read and write the corresponding HDFS file.
   
   EnginePlugin服务启动的时候会上传资源文件到物料库，如果上传失败需要查看Linkis-ps-publicservice服务的日志，一般出现这个错误是hdfs路径不存在，或者用户没有权限读写对应的HDFS文件。
