incorrect requierement for apache-airflow-providers-postgres
package indicates apache-airflow-providers-common-sql>=1.20.0 but importing PostgresHook with version 1.21.0 fail with
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'airflow.providers.common.sql.dialects'
no more error after update to >=1.23.0
