> Right now you need to create a new application in the other instance and then go through and copy over all of the details, interface, and deployment settings.  For applications with many inputs and outputs in its interface this can be tedious.  Ideally you would be able to copy the entire app over to the other instance, or at least be able to copy over major chunks of it, like being able to copy over all of the application interface data.
