   There is a "status code: 405" error when a pipeline is started for the data source.
   
   This is the error message from the logs: ERROR o.a.s.m.e.http.HttpRequestBuilder - status code: 405
   
   I tested it with a CSV file (see below). This works with the File Stream Adapter, but not with the Set Adapter.
   
    
   
   Example CSV:  (The Jira  file attachment did not work)
