**Describe the bug**
when restart fe after altering view, the desc of view is wrong
**To Reproduce**
create view baseall_v4 as select k1 from test_query_qa.baseall;
alter view baseall_v4 as select (True || False ) from test_query_qa.baseall;
desc baseall_v4;
restart fe
desc baseall_v4;
