   It seems to be an issue in the `functions_worker.yml` configuration. 
   `workerHostname: localhost` is the property that is causing it. When the broker tries to forward or redirect function admin requests, it uses this hostname, resulting in requests being sent to 127.0.0.1 instead of the actual network address of the function worker.
