some configuration parameters for olio driver

Hi,
parameters from "run configuration" are defined by olio's workload right?
I'm trying to find out what these parameters mean and can't find a doc:
Driver tab:
    + Client Startup => (by client it means driver agents?)
        - Time between starts (ms) => (time between starting different
agents?)
        - Start simultaneously
        - Start agents in parallel

Supposing there's only one driver agent, will those parameters make a
difference?
