0.10.1

A new version is out, with some minor fixes (file uploades didn't
handle not receiving any file!), and one new thing: an ErrorScript
directive that lets you replace the errors that dtcl normally dumps
out.

Anyone (Simon?) want to make RPMs?  Announce on Freshmeat?
