[Issue 120392] ESC key doesn't work for ending show when I set presentation type to automatic and pause duration zero

I am running this on a Macbook Pro with OS X version 10.11.1.  
Open Office Version: 4.1.2

In version 4.1.2 this bug is still present.

Steps taken to reproduce:

1. Click new -> Presentation
2. Leave type as Empty presentation
3. Leave the next tab on slide design to default values.
4. For presentation type select "Automatic"
5. Set Duration of Page and Duration of Pause equal to 0.
6. Click create.
7. Run the slideshow
8. From here you can not escape the presentation.  You must close OpenOffice
completely.
