[TRANSLATION] - Important note regarding Pootle server

Hi,

I just want to remind everybody _not_ to use the following Pootle server projects:
-- Apache OpenOffice (Incubating)
-- Apache OpenOffice (INcubating) Help Files

see the corresponding "news" on these projects

Do _not_ use these projects.
