6/16 Bi-Weekly OSS Heron Sync-up

Hi~

It has been two weeks since our last sync! Let's share our works for the
last two weeks in this thread.

My updates:
- Prepare release. We have one blocker left: the IDE support for the
java-doc target.
- Code reviews.

My updates:
- presented at the meet up. Here is the link to the slides if you are

- diagnosed the IDE setup script.  Will be removing the java_doc targets.
- found an issue with Heron site that has all of the sudden started to
incorrectly display the layout of the site. This needs to be fixed asap.
