Connections to multiple servers are already possible, although not nicely presented in the UI.
 * amend system menu (=v) with one entry per server
 * when server is switched, switch menubar content as well
 * provide a dnd example using the (left hand) dock
 * use demo and simpleapp for POC
 * add hierarchycal menu for each server in the system menu
