When AOO is set to use the "High Contrast" icon theme, with some OS colour
schemes the text next to the six component icons is completely invisible until
the mouseover effect is activated.

Among the affected colour schemes are the default Windows 7 theme, Windows 7
"High Contrast White", Windows 7 "Windows Classic", Windows 7 Basic.
