I use NetBeans PHP with MVC applications with dozens of Controller, Model,..

I find vertical scrolling too painful and it would be awesome if I create a tab for each folder in left sidebar. (along with Project, Files, Services)..

 

I found a way to do it by dropping folders in the text editor. But it doesn't persist across session. It should ideally persist across sessions for each project.
