"Retrieve all embedded Resources from HTML Files" checkbox ...

Hi,

In the HTTP response there is a checkbox to "Retrieve all embedded Resources
from HTML Files". The user manual says:

Retrieve All Embedded Resources from HTML Files
--->>
Tell JMeter to parse the HTML file and send HTTP/HTTPS requests for all
images, Java applets, JavaScript files, CSSs, etc. referenced in the file.

How and what difference does it make by checking and un-checking this
checkbox?
