   @poorbarcode I used Claude AI to rename this PR. "Propagate client connection feature flags through Pulsar Proxy to Broker" is a more understandable title. The title of the PR should be similar as a good subject of a Git commit. A good reference is [here](https://cbea.ms/git-commit/#imperative).
