[jira] [Created] (PROTON-64) SSL should support non-authenticated
ciphers.
Ken Giusti created PROTON-64:
--------------------------------
Summary: SSL should support non-authenticated ciphers.
Key: PROTON-64
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PROTON-64
Project: Qpid Proton
Issue Type: New Feature
Components: proton-c
Reporter: Ken Giusti
Assignee: Ken Giusti
Priority: Minor
Current SSL implementation requires that the server be configured with a self-identifying certificate. The SSL implementation library (OpenSSL) does provide non-authenticating ciphers that do not require a certificate.
This feature would allow use of said ciphers.
