After a lot of search, I ended up in the Event Viewer of Windows.
In there, you can find all the logs about crashes in your machine.
In my case a dll of rivatunerstatistics was the problem after all.
I've been using rivatunerstatistics 3 years without any problems so i believe it was either a windows update 
or a Power outage that both occurred last week.
