[net] yenc support

I'm using commons-net-1.4.0:

I can download text articles and those that are uuencoded, but my yenc 
downloads are corrupted.

Is this possibly my problem or a problem in the library?
Is this a character vs binary thing or a character set thing?
Is there anything I can do about it?
If its a libary problem is there any plan to support it?
