MSDN for Apache committers

Hi,

Does anyone know what's happened to this? MSDN access is obviously
rather useful when working on a project involving Microsoft file
formats. Mine's now expired, but I gather things have changed and the
ASF is looking for a new person at Microsoft to renew this offer - any
progress that we know of ?
