This only appears in the trunk brach. If version trunk (450) is available, it
can be moved.
It is easy to reproduce:
install nightly build 2019-01-17 12:34:58
click Tools -Options
AOO crashes
This is tested with the arc build and Deb under 64 bit.

Confirmed with AOO450 (2019-01-17) on Windows 7.
Committed r1851663 to trunk, this should fix the problem.
