I'd generally prefer to see the individuals ask for permissions, but I just did this.

Bharat, you seem to have 3 different user IDs in the Jira instance. I added the first one. Let me know if you have any problems.

You have two ids on jira. I gave the id with your gmail account access since that's what's listed on this email.
