The Kudu FAQ here: http://kudu.apache.org/faq.html states, "Currently, commercial training for Kudu is not available." 

Cloudera released OnDemand "Introduction to Apache Kudu" training that went live December 16. It can be accessed here: https://university.cloudera.com/content/cloudera-university-ondemand-introduction-to-apache-kudu
