This could have two reasons:

  # The relevant configuration isn't added to the Evaluator configuration.
  # It is added, but ignored.

[~dkm2110] and I did some initial investigation that points to the first reason. Which means that the issue lies with [REEF-279]. Maybe now is a good time to act on [REEF-298] to add tests for the configuration provider mechanism in REEF.NET.
