[I] [Docs][Datatypes] Minimal example for supporting custom datatypes [tvm]

RaulMurillo opened a new issue, #16645:
URL: https://github.com/apache/tvm/issues/16645

The documentation about [Bring Your Own Datatypes](https://tvm.apache.org/2020/09/26/bring-your-own-datatypes) is partially incomplete, and also the link for more documentation at the end of the page is currently broken.

May I suggest providing a minimal working example with the latest version of TVM including, for example, the mentioned vector addition using posit datatype? Not just a few required instructions, but the whole working code, as in other documentation pages.
