Currently, the collecting agent is a GBean. However, we cannot access the secured MEJB through a GBean. A possible solution is to make this GBean into an EJB and have the client side of the monitoring plugin remotely access it with some credentials for authentication. The authorization will then percolate over to allow the EJB (the x-GBean) to access the secured MEJB too.

This patch secures the MRC EJB, and allows for it to access MEJB. 

Note: I could not get svn to delete the EAR file that was accidentally left inside one of the folders. I would appreciate it if someone could delete */monitoring/mrc-server/mrc-server-ear-1.0-SNAPSHOT.ear*
