SoC 2011 question

Dear Apache Community,

I'd like to know if this project idea is still desired and eligible for 
GSoC 2011?

It is not listed on the page that I found on the Google webpages but it 
has the gsoc tag.

Since this is a Tomcat task I'd suggest you get in touch with the Tomcat
community.
