To recreate
 * NewProject > JavaWithMaven > FXML JavaFX Maven Archetype (Gluon)
 * Edit primary.fxml
 (If there are no error badges, create an error. For example change the controller name)
 * Observe the editor shows an error, neither the tab nor the file in project window shows an error

This can be particularly important for finding errors that will show up at runtime, since flaws elsewhere in NetBeans can cause errors in this file when doing seemingly unrelated actions. See NETBEANS-4789, NETBEANS-4790.
