> Enrich with HA zones the following test suites:
> - DistributionZoneManagerAlterFilterTest - to test that HA/SC zones behaviour is the same on the zone filter changes
> - DistributionZoneManagerConfigurationChangesTest - to test the equal behaviour on the zones creation/removing.
> - ItDistributionZonesFiltersTest - integration test
> - ItIgniteDistributionZoneManagerNodeRestartTest - integration test for restarts
