updatesd svn cert updated

The nightly runs weren't properly getting setup, so I went and updated the svn
certificate on updatesd. It ought to be functional tomorrow. :)

Yeah, we should probably have some kind of "when the cert changes doc".
Updating was relatively simple, something along the lines of:

$ sudo su - release
$ svn ls https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf

then it asks about trusting the new cert. Repeat for the appropriate users.

The issue was not noticing that updatesd does some stuff, but not the nightly
dev stuff, which is release. :|

If it works, can you send a mail about where you updated it (or if
you're ambitious document it on the wiki) so that we know for the
future. I know I'd have to poke around for quite some time before I
figured out where to update it.

I haven't touched the zones stuff in a while. <sigh>

I updated the updatesd cert, but not the release cert, so things still weren't
running correctly. Third time's the charm?

Apparently attempt #1 didn't take.  :(
I kicked it again, so hopefully ... tomorrow, woot.
