   Update fauxton/notifications to use redux.
   
   ## Testing recommendations
   
   - Expand / collapse the navbar
   - NavBar items are displayed and links work correctly
   - Before login, the 'Your Account' is hidden. After logging in, the 'Your Account' item is displayed
   
   ## Checklist
   
   - [x] Code is written and works correctly;
   - [x] Changes are covered by tests;
