jsp caching problem?
I'm having with a problem with jsp files updating properly after I change
the source.
I'm using Tomcat 3.1 beta, RH6.1(x86), and IBM JDK 118l.
What happens is I change a page in my document directory, which is there. I
then look in my WEB-INF directory, find the .java file it generated, and it
too is correct. However the rendered page won't update until I kill tomcat
and restart. What's weird it seems to do it mostly in subdirectories off of
the root, and it doesn't always do it. You can even physically delete the
.jsp file off the server, and it still comes up (until I restart tomcat).
Has anyone else had this problem? Also, my root document directory, is a
symbolic link, could this have anything to do with it?
