Installer needs to prompt user if they are using management nodes. Installer will then note these nodes and will not start Trafodion on these nodes. 

Example: User has nodes 1-10. 1 and 2 will be management nodes and 3-10 will be Trafodion nodes. The installer will prompt for this and will only untar the Trafodion files onto the management nodes (since then DCS will be able to be on these nodes) but will not start Trafodion there (only on nodes 3-10).
