   Changes tested with `t/certs/apisix.crt` and `t/certs/apisix.key` which are valid for `test.com` and `*.test.com`:
   
   ```bash
   $ openssl x509 -in apisix.crt -text | grep -A1 "Subject Alternative Name"
               X509v3 Subject Alternative Name: 
                   DNS:test.com, DNS:*.test.com
   ```
